I had a call after I sent this Monday’s M&A newsletter with one of the biggest players in the website investing space - I won’t name him (as haven’t asked if I can) but I’ve interviewed him on previous podcasts.
He was asking about how to create newsletters for the websites in his portfolio, in order to de-risk against google updates and also add an additional revenue channel.
This made me realize that the advice I was able to share could help any website investor interested in this, and so 2 days later I’m pre-launching The Newsletter Is The Business guide on Gumroad at just $97.

AI Content Academy [Launch Deal']
I’ve been fortunate to get early access to a number of AI content tools, such as Content at Scale which I wrote about back in January of 2022. It was clear to me that leveraging AI content was the future of building content sites, and since then there I’ve discovered so many different tools, such as:
This is such a complex space that it can be pretty overwhelming to know where to start, or which tool to pay for.
Over the last few days I’ve had early access to the AI Content Academy course, taught by Paul Jenkins, which really helped me see what aspects the different tools are best at, and how to combine them together.
For example, in the course, Paul teaches how to leverage the free ChatGPT for outlining a blog post, then bring it into Jasper Chat (which allows a longer prompt and more context) for titles and subheadings, and then use Bing Chat for real-world, referenced examples.
There’s a full list of all the prompts they use to generate an outline and flesh out the sections of an article.
