Years ago you subscribed to Acquire Websites. I’m dropping back into this inbox for one reason: I built something for exactly this audience.

These days I write Redundant (redundant.lol) over on beehiiv, about making yourself redundant before AI does. That’s where I’ve been. But the thing I just finished building is for people who buy and sell websites, so this one belongs here, with you.

Buying websites is mostly grunt work. You find a listing, squint at the traffic claims, try to work out if the backlinks are real or a PBN, guess at a multiple, write the seller a list of questions, and then do it all again for the next one. The deal is won or lost in that unglamorous middle.

I got tired of doing it by hand. Now we have AI workers to do it for us.

Paste a Flippa or investors.club listing and one of them runs the same four-part diligence the brokers use: verification, traffic, content, links. It checks the domain’s real authority against the seller’s traffic claim with a free Ahrefs lookup. So when someone swears they get 12,000 organic visitors a month on a domain with no backlink profile, it says so, with the numbers. Another scans Flippa and investors.club against your buying criteria and hands you a ranked shortlist, with the first question to ask each seller. Another tracks what multiples are actually doing across Flippa, Empire Flippers, and Centurica, so you stop guessing at price. Another takes a list of expiring domains and tells you the most to bid, the price to sell at, and who to sell it to.

These aren’t theoretical. They’re the stack you use to decide what to buy.
